For Flips Sake, FFS Too, and Flip Side are three storefronts operated by ZZXO Marketing LLC ("we," "us," "our"). This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use our website or place an order, and how we use it.

When you check out, we collect:

• Your name, email address, and shipping address.
• The items you order and the amount you paid.
• Messages you send us, such as emails to our support address.

We do not see or store your full payment card number. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout page and handled by Stripe.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To process payments and fulfill and ship your order.
• To send order receipts and respond to your questions.
• To handle damage claims, refunds, and disputes.
• To keep records required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes.

4. Who We Share It With

We share information only with the services we need to run the store:

• Stripe, to process your payment.
• Shippo and shipping carriers such as USPS, to calculate rates and deliver your order.
• Supabase and Vercel, which store our order data and host our website.
• Google Workspace, which handles the email we send and receive.

We do not sell your personal information. We may also disclose information if required by law.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

Our site uses your browser's local storage to remember the items in your cart. We do not use advertising cookies. Our hosting provider may collect standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and running.

6. Data Retention & Security

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill orders, handle returns and disputes, and meet tax and legal requirements. We use reputable, secure providers to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Your Choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us. We will honor requests as required by law, though we may need to keep certain order records for tax and legal reasons.

8. Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated policy.
