1. Who We Are

For Flips Sake, FFS Too, and Flip Side are three storefronts operated by ZZXO Marketing LLC ("we," "us," "our"). These storefronts are brands operated by ZZXO Marketing LLC. By using this website or purchasing from any of our storefronts, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Products

Items are described to the best of our ability, including condition, edition, and any notable details. Unless stated otherwise, items are new, collector, or limited-edition merchandise. Because our inventory is often limited-run or one-of-a-kind, availability is not guaranteed once viewed, and listings may be removed or marked sold without notice.

3. Trademarks & Brand Disclaimer

For Flips Sake, FFS Too, and Flip Side are independent resale storefronts. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nike, Pokémon, The Pokémon Company International, Funko, Supreme, or any other brand, publisher, or manufacturer whose products are listed for resale on this site. All trademarks, logos, and brand names referenced are the property of their respective owners and are used only to accurately describe the products being resold.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payments are securely processed through Stripe; we do not store your full payment card information. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel an order, with a full refund, if a listing was mispriced.

5. Shipping

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight/size of your order, using live carrier rates. Processing and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier, subject to the damage policy below.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because our inventory is new and often collector or limited-edition merchandise, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse.

The one exception is a package damaged in transit:

• If your package arrives visibly damaged, do not open it.
• Take clear photos of the damaged, unopened packaging and email them to support@forflipssake.com within 48 hours of delivery.
• We will arrange for the unopened package to be returned to us.
• Once we verify the item was not opened or tampered with, we will issue a refund.
• If the package is opened before this process is completed, the sale is considered final and no refund will be issued.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once payment has been processed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZZXO Marketing LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or purchase of any product.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
